Baked Apple Cheese Cake


Ingredients

1.Apple - 4 no
2.Sugar - 2 table spoon
3.Water needed to cook apple
4.Biscuit - 50 no
5.Butter - 150 gm
6.Lemon juice - 1 tsp
7.Lemon skin -1 tsp
8.Milk maid - 1 tin
9.Egg - 3 no


Preparation


1.Peel the skin of apple and remove its seed and cut it in to pieces.

2.Cook the apple with sugar and water.And smash it with spoon.

3.Then melt the butter in a pan and when it is done make it in simmer and add the powdered biscuit to it and mix well.

4.Put 1/4 th of the biscuit mixture in the cake tin and press it with a spoon to make it tight.

5.And keep it in the lower part of fridge to make it set.

6.Separate the white and yellow of eggs.

7.To the cooked apple add the egg yellow,lemon juice,milk maid,lemon skin,and mix it well.

8.Then beat the egg white well with a blender.And add this slowly to the apple mix.

9.Then pour this on the top of the already set biscuit base.And then sprinkle the rest of the biscuit mixture on top of it.

10.Then bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degree for 40 to 50 minutes.
