Baked Orange Sponge Pudding


Ingredients

1.Egg - 3
2.Milk - 1 cup
3.Maida - 3 tsp
4.Orange juice - 1/3 cup
5.Sugar powdered - 3/4 cup
6.Grated Orange Skin - 1 tsp
7. Butter -1 1/2 tsp


Preparation

1.Separate the egg white and yellow in to bowls.

2.In a large bowl mix the sugar with butter and mix it with a wooden spoon really well that it becomes a fine paste.

3.Then add the yellow of egg to it and mix it well ,then add the grated orange skin to it and mix well .

4.Then add the 3 tsp of maida to it and mix well also add the 1/3 cup of orange juice to it and mix well then it becomes loose.Then add the milk to it and mix well.

5.Then beat the egg white with a egg beater so that it becomes puffy.Then add this slowly to the pudding mixture without over beating it.

6.Grease the pudding plate with butter and pour the mixture to it ,and place it on warm water taken in another vessel.So that it may get a double decker boiling.

7.Then place it on a pre-heated oven with 180 degree and bake it for another 25 to 30 mts.

Check it in the middle so that it is baked in right manner.
