Battura


Ingredients

1.Maida - 2 cup
2.Semolina/Rava - 2tsp
3.Salt
4.Sugar - 1 tsp
5.Oil - 2 tsp and needed to fry
6.Yogurt -4 tsp
7.Water
8.Yeast - 1 tsp

Preparation
1.Dissolve yeast it 3 tsp of water and stir it well till the yeast dissolves.

2.In a bowl mix the maida,rava,salt,sugar,yogurt and yeast and kneed it with adding little water to it.

3.Make it in to a soft and smooth dough and add the 2 tsp oil last and again kneed it and cover it with a cloth and keep it for 4 to 5 hours.

4.Then make smooth balls with it and roll it in to circle shape and deep fry it in the oil.

Serve it with chole masala.......
