Ingredients
1.Beef - 1 kg
2. Red Chilli flakes /Red chilli crushed - 4 table spoon
3.Garlic - 8 no
4.Fennel seed /perum jeerakam - 1 tsp
5.Coconut oil - 4 tsp
6.Salt
7.Vinegar - 1 tsp
8.Curry leaves
Preparation
1.Crush the garlic and fennel seeds in a mixi .
2.Mix the beef with salt,chilli flakes,garlic and fennel seeds water as needed and cook it in a pressure cooker for 20 mts.
3.If there is any water left evaporate it .
4.In a wok heat the oil and add the curry leaves to it and then the cooked beef to it and fry it for nearly 15 mts so that we get a spicy chilli beef roast....
