Strawberry Pudding


Ingredients

1.Strawberries - 1 1/2 cup
2.Sugar -3/4 cup
3.Gelatin - 1 table spoon
4.Cold water - 1/4 cup
5.Hot water - 1/2 cup
6.Whipped cream -1 cup
7.Egg white - 2 no


Preparation

1.Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.

2.Smash the strawberries with your hand,or with a fork.Don't make it fine paste.

3.Add the sugar to the strawberries and mix well.Keep it in the lower part of the fridge for half an hour.

4.Then add the hot water to the soaked gelatin to melt it.

5.Separate the egg white and beat it with a egg beater.

6.Mix the strawberries with gelatin and mix well.And keep it in fridge.

7.Whip the whipping powder with cold water to make it perfect whipping cream. Add the whipped cream and last the egg white to the strawberry. Mix it slowly and pour the whole mixture to pudding plate.And keep it in freezer for 30 mts.
