Spicy Egg Bhurji by Chef Vipul Gupta


Yesterday i read on the times of india news paper about the spicy egg bhurji which is the favorite dish of Madhur Bhandarkar .

Ingredients

1.Egg - 3
2.Oil or Butter - 5 ml
3.Cumin - 2 gm
4.Turmeric powder - 2 gm
5.Chopped onion - 20 gm
6.Chopped tomato - 15 gm
7.Chopped green chilly - 10 gm
8.Chopped coriander - 10 gm
9.Salt

Preparation

1.Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and turmeric powder .

2.Add onion and saute until translucent,add tomato and green chilly add beaten eggs and saute the mixture with wooden spatula.

3.Add chopped coriander leaves to the egg bhuji. 4.Great combination with the ajwani parathas or toasts.
