Saucy Meat by Ammu Mathew In Vanitha Magazine

I got this recipe from Vanitha Magazine by their usual recipe maker Ammu Mathew.I already added her most precious recipies from vanitha.Ingredients needed for this is very simple ,but as the name indicates it needs all major sauces.

Ingredients needed to make the Saucy meat

1.Chicken or you can use Lamb -1 Kg
2.Tomato Sauce - 4 big Spoon
   Soya Sauce     - 1 big Spoon
   Teriyaki Sauce - 1 Big Spoon
   Oyster Sauce -  1 Big Spoon
   Wooster Sauce -2 Big Spoon
   Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
   Pepper Powder     - 1 tsp
   Salt
   Lemon Juice   - 2 tsp

3.Oil - 1/2 Cup
4.Onion Sliced - 2 big
5.Potato Sliced - 1 big
6.Corn Flour - 1 tsp
7.Water - 1/4 cup

How To Make The Saucy Meat

1.If you are using the chiken then slice it in to big pieces.And if you are using mutton then make it in to thin pieces.

2.Mix the pieces with ingredients listed in the 2 number.After marinating the pieces keep it in the fridge for about 4 to 5 hours.

3.Heat the oil in a pan and then saute the onions in it and keep it aside .The in the same oil fry the potatoes.Now fry the meat also in the same oil.

4.Now in a pressure cooker  Cook the meat along with onions and potatoes.

5.Now in a frying pan heat the oil and mix the cornflour along with water to it.Add the cooked meat to it,and mix it well.

6.Serve it hot with bread or nan.......
