Nostalgia of College days remind me of our tribe Angel girls, who named us we ourself. we branded ourself by marking our book "Angel Girls". Angel Girls of Devamatha college comprised of Asha Paul, Shahana , Lamiya, Remya Henry, Remya P.S, Priya Majeed studying Msc Chemistry. How we formed, we were hostelers that brought our union and we emerged as Angel girls of Devamatha college.
Memories of asha paul includes her Birthday Celebration in which she was gifted, and she opened the gift in class as she was eager and expected something valueable , as she opened Green frogs jumped out.Courtesy of gift goes to Gino and millet, who claims to have spend time at night captivating frogs.
Remya p.s was everyone's pet and she was called affectionately kunjiremya by all.
Remya Henry was the mastermind of Angel girls of devamatha college, and a great fan of Mamooty and a strong critic of Mohanlal, in hostel often that resulted in argument with girls from other room, and these arguments were like world war.
Lamiya was very fond of sleeping, and she was from Malappuram.
Shahana was the other member who was very calm and quiet.
Angels girls gifted them an opportunity to visit a theatre at that time.
and me Priya also among them.
Besides Angel Girls of Devamatha college there were other interesting characters in our class.
Hari a Kathakali freak, who roamed temple to temple to see kathakali. Presently in london probably searching for kathakali there.
Gino the Incredible hulk of our class. But he was kind and soft spoken. His attributes included the following
1) he was the first among us to have a camera phone while in college.
2) he was the only one who came to college in a car among students.
3) always there to finance us in the canteen.
4) often brought foreign chocolates to college
Moothapa the eldest in our class, who often advices us and also opposed us but yet kind.
Soumya who was a half poet, nick named chala mary by seniors.
Occasionally there were rift between moothapa and soumya.
