Its really very easy to make dosa just you had to soak the ingredients.so without wasting time do it now.
Ingredients
1.parboiled rice - 3 cup
2.urad dal - 1 cup
3.salt for taste
Preparation
Soak the rice and urad dal separately for 6 hours .you can add 1 tsp of fenugreek seed to it also that will make it soft.
Grind both very well and mix it after grinding
Then keep the batter in a warm place for 12 hours for fermentation.
Add the salt only before you make the dosa .
Heat the pan griddle with ghee or oil then pour the batter and spread with spoon.serve it with sambar and chutney.
