1.Raw Flour - 2 cup
2.Sugar - 1/2 tsp
3.Yeast - 1/2 tsp
4.Coconut milk thin -2 cup
5.Coconut milk thick- 1 cup
6.Semolina - 2 tsp
7.Water - 2 glass
1.Mix sugar,yeast,salt to lukewarm water and keep it aside.
2.In 2 glass water add semolina and cook it till it becomes loose.In to the rice flour add the cooked semolina and yeast and mix well.
3.Add the thin coconut milk to it and mix well keep it for 8 hrs for fermentation.After 8 hrs add the thick coconut milk to it and mix well.
4.Heat the appachatty or kadai and pour one big spoon batter into the center and rotate the kadai.So that it will be in a circular form.Then cover it with a lid and cook it for 2 mts.....
