Yesterday we visited charminar and mecca masjid and experienced haleem which is a wonderful dish in hyderabad. At pistahouse a famous hotel near charminar famous for their Haleem.The famous hyderabadi dish during ramzan.At first i wondered how this thing is made.
I searched through many recipies in web and find out.Its stew is made from chicken or mutton and wheat made in to paste with lots of spices.Served hot with ghee at top with lime ,coriander and fried onions as garnish.A long process nearly taking ten hours for its preparation.
In hyderabad pista house is the famous one for it.For one pack they charge 70 rupees , but price doesn't matter much during the ramzan time.
