Chicken Tikka
Usually we all think that making tikka is very difficult but actually it takes only the marinating time.Lets check it.
Ingredients
For first marination
1.Chicken boneless - 800 gm
2.Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
3.Kashmeri red chilli powder -1 tsp
4.Salt for taste
5.Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Marinate the whole thing with chicken for around 20 mts.
For second marination
1.Oil - 2 tsp
2.Gram flour - 2 tsp
3.Curd - 1 cup
4.Kashmeri red chilli powder - 1tsp
5.Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
6.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7.Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
8.Mustard oil - 2 tsp
9.Salt
1.Heat the oil in a pan and then add the gram flour to it and cook it in medium flame.
2.Then in another bowl take the curd,red chilli powder,garam masala,ginger and garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,mustard oil and gram flour cooked and mix it well with a spoon .
3.Then add the first marinated chicken pieces to it and marinate well and keep it for 3 hours.
4.Put the chicken on the high rack on microwave flat dish / non stick tawa / rotisserie for 5 mins. Brush with oil and grill for about 15 – 20 minutes until crisp.
5. Reposition and brush with oil while grilling.
6.Serve with chutney and crisp salad.
