1.Ground nut - 100 gm
2.Sugar - 3/4 cup
3.Water - 1/2 cup
4.Cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Preparation
1.Crush the ground nut in mixi ,do not make in to fine powder.
2.Caramalise 2tsp of sugar plus 1 tsp of water.When it is done add the rest of water and sugar slowly to it.
3.When it is made a one string syrup add the ground nut and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
4.Grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture on it.When it becomes cool cut it in to pieces....
