1.Pappadam - 10 no
2.Rice flour - 1/2 cup
3.Chilli powder - 3/4 tsp
4.Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
5.Salt
6.Sesame seed - 2 tsp
7.Oil to fry
Preparation
1.Mix the rice flour,turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt,sesame seed and salt with water and make it in to a thinner batter .
2.Then heat the oil and dip each pappadam in the batter and fry both side till golden brown color is obtained..
Now the pappada vada is ready
