Ingredients
1. Maida - 2 cup
2.Egg - 1
3.Oil as required
4.Salt
5.Milk - 1/2 cup
Preparation
1.Mix all the ingredients well and make it in to a dough as for chappathi and keep it for atleast 1 hr ,covered with a wet cloth.
2.Divide the dough in to balls size should be bigger than that of chappathi balls
3.Then roll it as thin as possible,by applying oil on its surface .
4.Making pleats is the most difficult part in it.We have to use both the hands for making the pleats.Just like the saree pleats ,then holding one end rotate it to get spiral design.
5.Then roll it againonly on one side and put it on pan with low flame .Turn it for to cook the other side.
6.After that use both hands to pat the parotta to get the layers.
