Ingredients
To marinate
1.Chicken - 1 kg (boneless)
2.Pepper powder -2 1/2 tsp
3.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
4.salt
To saute
1.Onion sliced - 2 no
2.Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
3.Green chillies - 5 to 6
4.Curry leaves
5.Oil
6.Ginger and garlic chopped - 2 tsp
Preparation
1.Marinate the chicken with pepper powder,turmeric powder,salt for about one hour.
2.In another pan heat the oil and saute the ginger,garlic,onions,green chillies,curry leaves and add the pepper powder to it .Then add the marinated chicken pieces to it and mix well.Then cover it with a lid and cook well fry it .If needed you can add more oil to it.
Pepper chicken is ready to be served...
