Ingredients
1.Sweet corn kernels boiled -1/2 cup
2.Vegetable stocks - 4 to 5 cup
3.Sweet corn ,creamy style-150 gm
4.pepper powder-1/4 tsp
5.Cabbage finely chopped -1/4 cup
6.Carrot finely chopped - 1/4 cup
7.Spring onions chopped - 1
8.Sugar - 1/2 tsp
9.Salt
10.Corn flour - 3 tsp
Preparation
1.In a wok take the creamy corns and biol it to this add the cooked corns,vegetable stock ,chipped cabbage,carrot and cook it for 3 mts.
2.Mix the cornflour in little water and keep it aside.
3.Then add sugar and salt to the soup and again cook it and add the cornflour mix to it till the soup thickens..
4.Finely add the pepper powder to soup then turn offf the fire and chopped spring onions to it..
Serve it with chillies in vinegar,soya sauce,chilli sauce...
