Ingredients
1.Broken wheat - 250 gm
2.Jaggery - 500 gm
3.Thin coconut milk - 2 cup
4.Thick coconut milk- 1 cup
5.Cashew and raisins each 50 gm
6.Ghee - 3 tsp
10.Cardomom powder - 1 tsp
11.Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Preparation
1.Cook the wheat in cooker with a little salt in it.About 8 whistle is enough .
2.In another vessel make the jaggery syrup and add this to the cooked wheat and mix well.Then add the thin coconut milk to it and boil well when it become thick add the thick coconut milk to it make sure that do not boil it.
3.Fry the raisins and cashew in ghee and add this to the wheat.Al so add the cardomom powder ,dry ginger powder to it .
Now the wheat payasam is ready....
