Ingredients
For the first layer
1.Marigold biscuit - 100gm
2.Butter - 2 tsp
3.Crushed roasted cashew - 50 gm
For the second layer
1.Milk - 1/2 Lr
2.Egg - 3
3.Milkmaid - 1/2 cup
4.Lemon juice - 1 tsp
5.Milk Cream - 1/2 cup
6.Orange essence - 2 drops
7.Sugar -1/4 cup or as you needed
8.Gelatin - 2 tsp
9.Orange juice -1 cup
For the third layer
1.China grass - 5 gm
2.Water - 1/2 cup
3.Sugar - 2 tsp
4.Pineapple juice - 1/2 cup
Preparation
1.Soak the china grass in half cup water for 10 minutes then add 2 tsp sugar to it and melt it.When the china grass becomes melt add half cup pineapple juice to it.And keep it in fridge to become set .This is the top layer.
2.Mix the marigold biscuit and crushed roasted cashew with butter.This is the base layer.
3.Separate the egg white and yellow .And mix the egg yellow with sugar ,milk,and milkmaid,1 cup orange juice and beat it well.Double boil the mixture and when it becomes thick add 1 tsp of lemon juice to it .
4.Dissolve the gelatin in cold water and add this to the above mixture.Then also add the fresh milk cream to it also add 2 drops of orange flavor to it.Then beat the egg white separately till it forms thick whip then add this to the mixture.Slowly add this and mix it.
5.In a pudding plate place the first layer and above it pour the second layer and when it becomes set add place the china grass layer on top of it.Now keep it in fridge and you can serve it.....
