Mysore Pak

Ingredients

1.Gram flour/Basen - 1 cup
2.Sugar - 2 cup
3.Ghee - 1 1/2 cup
4.Water - 1/2 cup


Preparation

1.In a thick bottomed saucer mix the sugar with water and boil it.

2.Mix the ghee with
basen make sure that do not forms any lumps .

3.When the sugar is boiled add the
basen ,ghee mix to the sugar and stir continuously.

4.Cook it till it becomes frothy and ghee separates out.Place it in a greased plate and cut it after 10 mts.
