It sounds something wondering one.But it is true that Noah's Ark is recreating by a local businessman in Dutch.Most interesting thing is that the massive vessel built according to biblical proportions.The enormous vessel stands on the Merwede River about 65 kilometers south of Amsterdam.Johan Huibers is the one who is making this vessel.According to him he wants to "tell people about god" .
Huibers is building a replica according to ancient standards cited in the Book of Genesis,which say that the boat was 300 cubits long,30 cubits high and 50 cubits wide.
And in meters it will be 150 meters long,25 meters wide and it will be four storeys high.And it weighs around 3000 tonnes.The vessel is stocked with life -sized replica of some 1600 animal species to represent the tale of Noah.
According to Huibers the project came in to his mind by a dream in which the low lying Netherlands again flooded with waters from the North sea.And next day he bought a book about Noah and decided to do it.
He wanted to bring it for the 2012 Olympics to tell people about god.He had already done a trial run.Isn't it really interesting..............wait and see what happens next
