Ingredients
1.Spinach (palak cheera) - 2 bundle
2.Baby corn - 10 no
3.Onion - 2 large
4.Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
5.Garlic cloves - 4 no
6.Green chillies chopped - 2
7.Tomato puree - 2 no
8.Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
9.Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
10.Cumin powder -1 /4 tsp
11.Cashew paste - 25 gm
12.Salt
13.Oil - 2 tsp
Preparation
1.Add the spinach to hot water for 2 minutes and make sure not to cover it.And take it out and grind it in mixer with green chillies.
2.Heat the oil in a pan and saute the ginger,garlic and onions.When the onions are cooked well add the tomato puree to it and cook it again .When the oil oozes out from it add the red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,salt to it.
3.Then add the grounded palak to it and cook it for two mts.Add required amt of water to it and then add the baby corns to it and cook it.When the baby corns are cooked well add the cashew paste to it and cook it for another 5 mts.
Now it is ready to be served
