Banana Choocolate Cream Pudding lakshmi nair in magic oven


Ingredients For chocolate Cream

1.Dark Chocolate -100 gm

2.Milk - 1/2 cup
3.Fresh cream - 2 cup

4.Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup (optional)


For Soaking cream


1.Milk Maid - 1/2 cup

2.Milk - 1 1/2 cup
3.Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp


Other ingredients


1.Sponge Cake - 1/2 kg

2.Robasta Banana - 6 no
3.Chocolate chips - 50 gm


Preparation


1.Grate the dark chocolate and mix it with milk and melt it.Then turn off the fire.And if you needed you can add powdered sugar to it.


2.To this mixture add 2 cups of fresh cream
.

3.To prepare the soaking cream take milk maid in a bowl and to this add the milk and vanilla essence.

4.Cut the banana in to round pieces and add little lemon juice on it so that to prevent fading.

5.In a pudding tray pour tiny chocolate cream layer, and above this place the cake pieces as one layer above this pour the soaking cream.Above this pour little chocolate cream.Above this place the banana pieces.Above this place the chocolate chips.


6.Above this place one layer of cake pieces again the soaking syrup above it the chocolate cream .Again the banana pieces again chocolate chips again cake pieces.Again the soaking syrup , chocolate cream and chocolate chips.

7.Then keep it in the lower part of the fridge.
