Ingredients For Aloo Paratha
1.Boiled potatoes - 2
2.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
3.Chopped onions - 1 (optional)
4.Chopped coriander leaves
5.Chopped ginger - 1 piece
6.Chopped green chilly - 2
7.Salt
8.Ghee
9.wheat flour/Atta - 1 cup
10.Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
How to make Aloo Paratha
1.Knead the wheat flour by adding salt and water and make it in to a smooth dough.
2.Peel the skin of potatoes and then mash it really well,add chilli powder,green chilly,garam masala powder,onions,coriander leaves,chopped ginger ,salt and mix it well.
3.Make small balls out of it and roll it out to make roti.
4.Then fill it with the aloo mixture and then cover it with another roti.Then slightly gather the edges to make it round.Dust the surface with flour and roll out in to the shape of paratha.
5.Heat the tava and toast the paratha till it becomes lightly golden color.Sprinkle some ghee on top. Serve it with curd,pickle,and chutney .................
