Chicken Afgani Or Murgh Afghani


In this recipe chicken is cooked with melon seeds.

Ingredients For Chicken Afgani

1.Chicken - 1 kg
2.Butter - 2 tsp
3.Melon seed - 1 tsp
4.Cashew Paste - 2 tsp
5.Khus khus or poppy seed paste - 1 tsp
6.Salt
7.Cream - 1/2 cup
8.White pepper powder - 2 tsp

How to Make Chicken Afgani

1.Clean the whole chicken and keep it aside .

2.Mix the whole ingredients really well and then marinate the chicken and keep it aside for 2 to 4 hours.

3.Then grill in a tandoor till the chicken become cooked well.

4.Serve it hot by garnishing it with onion rings.
