Ingredients for Mango Rabdi
1.Mango pulp - 1 cup
2.Milk - 5 cup
3.Sugar- 1 cup
4.Pistachio - 1/4cup (optional)
How to make mango Rabdi
1.Boil the milk in a pan and reduce the flame in to simmer and when the milk reduce to its half quantity add sugar to it and keep it in flame for another 5 mts.
2.Now add the mango pulp to it and mix it well and keep it in refrigerator to chill.
3.You can garnish it with pistachio ............
