Ingredients needed to make the vegetable stock
1.Onion chopped - 1
2.Carrot chopped - 1
3.Potato chopped - 1
4.French beans chopped - 4 to 5
5.Cabbage chopped - 1/2 cup
6.Crushed ginger - 1/2 tsp
7.Salt
8.Water
How to make vegetable stock
1.Mix all the ingredients and pressure cook for 10 to 15 mts.
2.Do not mash the vegetables if a clear soup is to be prepared.
3.Strain and use it as required.
4.Always serve the soups,piping hot.
5.If you are preparing thick soup mash all the vegetables really well.
