Ingredients needed to make ginger bread
1.Fresh cream - 1 cup
2.Ginger jam - 3 tsp
3.Condensed milk - 3 tsp
4.Roti - 4 slices
5.Ghee - 1 tsp
How to make Ginger Roti
1.Mix the fresh cream ,ging jam and condensed milk and keep it in the fridge to get chilled.
2.Cut the sides of the sides of the bread pieces and then toast the bread slices with little ghee.
3.In a clean bowl take the bread slices and then pour the chilled fresh cream mix on top of it.
