Ingredients needed to make enthappazham mukki porichath
1.Dates - 15 no
2.Cashewnuts - 15 no
3.Egg - 1
4.Sugar - 1 tsp
5.Maida - 1/4 cup
6.Rice flour - 2 tsp
7.Rava/Semoline - 2 tsp
8.Salt
9.Oil as needed to fry
How to make enthappazham porichath
1.Remove the seeds from dates,then fill the space with cashew nuts.
2.Then in a bowl mix the egg,sugar,rice flour,maida,semolina and salt with little water.
3.Then dip each dates in this batter and then fry the dates in oil.
This will be a suitable snack for children during evening time.Try this out you all will love it.
