2.Refined Oil - 1/2 cup
3.Onion - 1 sliced into thin pieces

5.Chilli powder - 1 tsp
6.Coriander powder - 3/4 tsp
7.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8.Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
9.Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
10.Cardamom - 2 no
11.Cloves - 2 no
12.Cinnamon - 1 piece
13.Onion Sliced - 2 no
14.Ginger - 2 pieces
15.Garlic - 6 no
16.Pepper - 10 no
17.Salt
18.Tomato - 2 no
19.Coriander leaves
20.Kus Kus - 2 tsp
How to make Punjabi Chicken Curry
1.Heat the oil in a pan and then saute the onions,green chillies in it.
2.Grind the onions,ginger and egarlic into fine paste.Add this grinded mix to above sauted onions and green chillies.
3.When it becomes fried well add the red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,mustard ,cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,and pepper to it.
4.Add salt and sliced tomatoes to it.When it cooked well add the chicken pieces to it.Add little water and coriander leaves to it.Then cover it with a lid and cook it in slow fire.
5.When the chicken become cooked well add the kus kus paste to it.This will add more taste to the curry.
