Tomato Mutter Paneer Stew

After a long time gap i am writing this new post .This recipe is with Paneer ,which is rich in protein.It is come under the category of vegetarian food.It is the main source of calcium .So try this recipe you will like it very much.

Ingredients needed to make Tomato Mutter Paneer Stew

1.Green peas - 300 gm
2.Potato boiled -1 no
3.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
4.Water - 3 cup
5.Tomato small - 2 no
6.Small Shallots - 10 no
7.Ginger - one small piece
8.Garlic - 3 no
9.Curry leaves
10.Green chillies - 4 no
11.Thick coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
12.Garam Masala - 1 tsp
13.Coconut Oil - 2 tsp

How to make Tomato Mutter Paneer


1.Cook the green peas by adding salt to it.Also boil the potato seperately.


2.In a mixer grinder grind the tomatoes,small shallots,ginger,garlic ,green chillies,along with turmeric powder.


3.Heat the oil in a kadai and then saute the grinded ingredients in it.Saute it really well.Then add the water and boil it well.


4.Add salt as needed ,then add the cooked green peas and potato to it.Also add the paneer and garam masala to it.


5.When it becomes little thick add the coconut milk to it.


Taste the salt and adjust it according to ones own taste.......
