Vegetable Cutlet

As Ramzan arrived this is the best time to cook something delicious such as this vegetable cutlet.My husband loves the cutlet that his mom makes .I am not a perfect cook like her but still i tried to make the cutlets .I think it turned it in the right way.Ingredients needed to make the vegetable cutlet is simple and easy to cook.

Ingredients needed to make vegetable cutlet

1.Potato - 3 no
2.Carrot - 3 no
3.Beetroot - 1 no
4.Green peas - 1/4 cup
5.Onions chopped - 2
6.Green chillies - 6 no
7.Ginger - 1 medium piece
8.Curry leaves
9.Salt
10.Garlic - 6 cloves
11.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
12.Turmeric powder -  1/4 tsp
13.Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
14.Egg beaten - 2 no
15.Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
16.Oil as needed to fry the cutlets

How to make the Vegetable Cutlet

1.Boil the potatoes and then peel the skin of the potatoes and mash the potatoes.

2.Chop the beetroot and carrot in to small pieces.

3.Also cook the green peas in a cooker.

4.Grind green chillies,ginger,garlic in a mixer.

5.Heat the oil in a pan and then saute the grinded green chillies,garlic and ginger in it.And then saute the onions and curry leaves in it.

6.Add salt, chopped carrot,beetroot to it and then saute it well till it cooks well.

7.Then add the red chilli powder,turmeric powder ,and garam masala powder to it.

8.Add mashed potato to it and mix it well.

9.Now make balls out of it.Dip the cutlet balls in the beaten egg and roll it on the breadcrumbs.

10.You can keep it in the box in fridge for 2 weeks.

11.Heat the oil in a pan then fry the cutlets till it becomes light brown in color.
