Chicken Manchurian dry





Ingredients

1.Boneless chicken - 400 gm (sliced in strips)
2.Corn flour - 6 tsp
3.Soya sauce - 2 tsp
4.Egg - 1
5.Ginger chopped - 11/2 tsp
6.Garlic chopped - 1 1/2 tsp
7.Oil - 4 tsp and for deep fry
8.Salt
9.Onion sliced - 1
10.Ajinomotto - a pinch
11.Green chillies - 3 to 4
12.Capsicum green - 1
13.Spring onion - 1
14.Vinegar - 1 tsp
15.Chicken stock - 1 cup
16.Chilli sause - 2 tsp


Preparation

1.Marinate the chicken with salt , 1 tsp soya sauce,chilli sauce,egg, 4 tsp corn flour in a bowl for 30 mts.

2.Heat the oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken pieces .Then drain it out.

3.Then heat 4 tsp oil in a pan and saute the ginger,garlic ,for 1 mts and then add the onions ,green chillies to it then add 1 tsp soya sauce ,chicken stock ,salt to it .

4.Then add the rest of corn flour to it and stir it until it becomes thicken.Then to it add the fried chicken and capsicum strips to it and cook for some more time.

5.Add the vinegar , ajinomotto ,chopped spring onion to it and serve hot..
