Ingredients
1. Fish any small variety - 1/2 kg (kozhuva,natholy,anchovies)
2. Small shallots /kunjulli - 10 no
3.Green chillies -4 or 5 sliced
4.Grated coconut - 1 cup
5. Ginger - 2 tsp
6.Garlic - 2 tsp
7. Curry leaves
8.Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
9. oil - 2 tsp
10.kokum(kodam puli) -2 big pieces
Preparation
1. Grind the coconut,ginger,garlic,green chillies, kujulli,turmeric powder in a mixer.Make sure that not to grind them fine.we need only the crushed one.
2.Mix the fish with crushed ingredients curry leaves and add salt to taste.
3.In a pan cook the fish with kokum and water.When it become boil lower the heat and allow it to dry out.At last lace the coconut oil and serve hot.....
