There are around 15 different varieties of pudhina chutney.Here i will give one with tomato.
Ingredients
1.Pudhina/mint leaves - 1 bunch
1.Green chillies -3 or 4
3.Tomato - 1 no
4.coconut grated - 1 cup
5.salt for taste
6.oil- 1 tsp
Preparation
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the slitted green chillies,pudhina leaves and coconut ,tomato to it and saute it for 5 mts.When the colour of the coconut becomes changing turn of the fire and grind the whlole in mixi .Also add the salt for taste.
You can use this chutney with kichdi also.....
