Pani for the pani puri


Ingredients

1.Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup
2.Coriander powder - 1 tsp
3.Kala Namak (Black salt) -as to taste
4.Sugar - 1 tsp
5.Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
6.Mint leaves - 1 bunch
7.Green chillies - 3 or 4
8.Salt
9.Ginger- 1 small piece
10.Roasted cumin seed (jeera) - 1/2 tsp


Preparation

1.Mix the thick tamarind pulp with water ,and to this add the kala namak,coriander powder,jeera powder,sugar,salt.

2.Grind the mint leaves,green chillies,coriander leaves in a mixi.

3.And stain this pulp through a stainer and add this to the above tamarind water.

Add the ingredients as your taste...............
