Here i am using the pineapple juice for the custard.You can use any kind of juice for this.Depending upon the juice the color will be different.And the method is really very simple.
Ingredients
1.Pineapple juice - 4 cup
2.Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
3.Corn Flour - 6 table spoon
Preparation
1.In half cup of juice mix the corn flour.
2.Boil the rest of juice with sugar in it.When it starts to boil add the corn flour in juice to it.
3.Boil it till it get the consistency of custard or it becomes thick.
4.Then pour it in a mold of desired shape and keep it in freezer to become set.
