Mango Cheese Pudding


1.Mango sliced Big size - 1 no
2. Powdered Sugar - 2 table spoon
3.Cottage cheese (paneer) -200 gm
4.Whipping cream - 1 cup
5.Mango sliced to small pieces - 1 no
6.Mango essence - 1/2 tsp (optional)
7.Food color (yellow ) - 2 drops(optional)
8.Milk maid - 1 tin
9.Gelatin - 2 table spoon (soaked in 1/4 cup of ice water)


1.Fist make the whipping cream ,either you can use powdered form or frozen form.If you are using powdered form take 3/4 cup of powder add 1/4 cup of water and beat it with beater.
If you are using frozen form no need to add water but just beat it with beater.

2.In a mixer blend the paneer and then add the milk maid to it.Add sugar ,big mango sliced to it and beat it well.

3.Take this mixture to a bowl and add mango essence ,food color ,small pieces of mango it to.

4.Double boil the soaked gelatin .(means melt the gelatin in bowl which is placed on the hot water).

5.Add this gelatin to the pudding mixture and mix it well.Then add the whipped cream to it and mix it slowly with a spoon.

6.Then pour the whole pudding mixture in to a pudding tray and keep it in the lower part of fridge for 1 hr.

Now it is ready to be served .
