Thakkali curry (tomato curry in coconut milk )


Ingredients

1.Tomato - 2 no
2. Thick Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
3.Green chillies - 2 chopped
4.Onion - 1 chopped
5.Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
6.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7.Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
8. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
9. Curry leaves
10.Coconut oil - 1tsp
11.Salt

Preparation

1.Heat the coconut oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds,add curry leaves to it.Then add the green chillies to it saute it well,add the chopped onions to it when it becomes lightly brown add the tomatoes to it.

2.Saute it well then add the red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt to it.

3.Saute it for 3 mts then add the coconut milk to it .Stir it for 3 mts now the delicious tomato in coconut milk is ready to be served.
