Paneer and groundnut with tomato rice

Ingredients for Paneer and ground nut with Tomato rice

1.Tomato paste - 3/4 cup
2.Basmathi rice - 3/4 cup
3.Paneer - 3/4 cup
4.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
5.Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
6.Oil - 4 table spoon
7.Groundnut - 1/4 cup
8.Onion - 1
9.Garlic paste - 1 tsp
10.Lemon juice - 1 tsp
11. Chopped Coriander leaves
12.Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp

How to make Paneer and groundnut with tomato rice


1.Marinate the paneer with turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt for 15 mts.And then fry it on oil and keep it aside.

2.In the same oil fry the ground nut and keep it aside .In the same oil saute the cumin seeds and then add the sliced onions to it .When the onion saute well add garlic paste and fried paneer to it.

3.Then add the tomato paste to it ,then add chilly powder and salt to it.Then add 2 cup of water to it and when it begins to boil add the rice to it and cook it in medium flame.

4.When all water evaporates add lemon juice and fried groundnut to it.Garnish it with coriander leaves.
