Ingredients
1.Chocolate - 1 1/4 cup
or Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
2.Milk - 1/2 litre
3.Sugar -1/2 cup
4.Vanilla essence - 1tsp
5.Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Preparation
1.Boil water in a big bowl and fit another empty bowl over the big one which is called the double boiling method.Simmer the flame once water start to boil.
2.Add corn flour,sugar,to the empty bowl and mix it,if you are using cocoa powder add this too.
3.If you are using chocolate grate the chocolate.
4.Slowly add the milk to the cornflour mixture no lumps should be formed.Stir it with whisk in slow flame for 5 to 8 mts and add chocolate to it.Remove it from flame add vanilla essence to it.
5.In custard cup pour it and cover with a wrapper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
