Milk Pudding


Ingredients

1.Milk - 1 litre
2.Eggs - 5 eggs
3.Sugar -5 tsp
4.caramel/chocolate syrup as you needed

Preparation

1.Boil the milk at very low flame.Crack the eggs in a bowl add sugar to it and mix well .Better you use a egg beater for this and beat it for 15 mts.Add the hot milk to this and again beat it till it become very foamy.

2.In the baking mould pour some caramel or chocolate syrup first and then the foamy mixture on its top.

3.And in a preheated oven at 180 degree place the mould and bake it for 30 mts.Better you may pour water in a caserole and place the mould on the water and bake it.
