Ingredients
For the biscuit layer
1.Marigold biscuit - 200 gm
2.Butter - 100 gm
For the cream cheese layer
1.Paneer - 350 gm
2.Milk maid - 1 tin or 1 1/2 cup
3.Honey - 6 table spoon
4.Sugar - 2 tsp
5.Egg yellow - 2
6.Lemon juice - 1 tsp
7.Gelatin- 1 table spoon
For the third layer
1.Orange juice - 1 1/2 cup
2.Pink food color -
3.Gelatin - 1 1/2 table spoon
4.Sugar - 1/2 cup
5.Water - 1/2 cup
Preparation
1.Soak both the quantity of gelatin differently in 1/4 cup cold water each.
2.Powder the biscuit in a blender.Then melt the butter in a pan and put off the fire .And add the biscuit to the melted butter and mix it with a spoon.
3.Now you can directly add it to the round pudding mould .Now with a spoon press it and level it.
4.And keep it in lower part of fridge for 10 mts to get set.
5.In a mixer add the paneer,condensed milk,two egg yellow,sugar,honey and lemon juice.Beat it till it becomes paste form.
6.Double boil the 1 table spoon soaked gelatin and add this to the cream cheese mixture.And mix well.Pour this on the top of biscuit base.And keep it in the freezer for 20 mts to set .
7.When it becomes set , start making the third layer.
8.For the third layer boil 1/2 cup water and add the sugar to it and melt it.Now turn off the fire and add the 1 table spoon soaked gelatin to it and melt it.No need to double boil it as it is already hot.
9.Now add 1 1/2 cup orange juice and little pink food color to it.Now allow it to cool and pour it on the top of the cream cheese layer.Keep it in freezer for 20 mts so that it become set.
10.Cut it in triangular shape and serve it.........
