Ingredients
1.Mutton - 1 kg
2.kashmeeri chilli powder -2 table spoon
3.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
4.Garlic - 10 no big
5.Fennel seed /perum jeerakam - 2 tsp
6.Salt
7.Oil - 250 gm
8.Curry leaves
Preparation
1.Grind the garlic ,fennel seed,turmeric powder,chilli powder in a mixer.
2.Add the masala and salt to the cleaned mutton and mix it well.
3.Now cook it in a pressure cooker with out adding water .
4.Now heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the cooked mutton in it also add the curry leaves to the oil.
