1.Chemmen/Pawns cleaned -500 gm
2.Raw mango cut in pieces - 2 no
3.Onion sliced - 1 no
4.Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
5.Green chillies slit - 4 no
6.Chilli powder - 11/2 tsp- 2 tsp
7.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8.Coriander powder - 1 tsp
9.Thin coconut Milk - 1 1/2 to 2 cup
10.Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
11.Salt
12.Oil - 1 tsp
13.Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
14.Curry leaves
15.Small Shallots chopped - 1 tsp
Preparation
1.In a manchatti or pan add the cleaned prawns,mango pieces,ginger,garlic,green chillies,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder and mix it well.To this add the thin coconut milk and cook it in medium flame till the prawns are cooked.
2.Then reduce the heat and add the thick coconut milk to it.Bring it to boil and remove it from the fire.
3.Heat the oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds,then add the curry leaves,shallots chopped to it.Saute it and pour this to the curry.
Serve it hot..........
