Ingredients
1.Dry chemmen -50 gm
2.Raw Mango - 1
3.Green chilli slit - 2
4.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
5.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
6.Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
7.Coconut grated - 1 cup
8.Salt
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil - 1 tsp
11.Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
12.Red chilli - 2
13.Cumin/Jeera - 1/4 tsp
Preparation
1.Clean the head and tail of dry prawns and wash it thoroughly.Then heat a pan and fry the dry chemmen.
2.Grind the coconut with cumin seeds to form fine paste.
3.Then in a pan add the raw mango pieces,turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder,green chilli,salt and water.And cook the mango pieces.
4.When the mango pieces are half cooked add the chemmen to it.Then cook the curry again for another 6 mts till the chemmen become cooked.
5.Then add the grounded coconut paste to it and bring it to boil.And remove it from the fire.
6.Then heat the oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds,add red chilli ,curry leaves and pour this to the curry.Cover it with the lid so that the smell remains in the curry.
