1.Basen - 2 cup
2.Sugar -1 1/2 cup
3.Ghee -1 cup
4.Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Preparation
1.Heat the ghee in a pan and add the basen to it and stir it continously till it releases an appetizing smell.Or it becomes light brown.
2.Powder the sugar ,and add the sugar to the basen mixture then put off the fire.
3.Mix it well and then add the cardamom powder to it.And shape them in to ladoo.
Now the sweet and mouth watering ladoo is ready to be served.
