Pineapple Delight Pudding

Ingredients

1.Pineapple chopped - 3 cup
2.Sugar - 11/2 cup
3.China grass - 6 gm
4.Milk maid - 1 cup
5.Water - 1 1/2 cup

Preparation

1.In pan mix the pineapple with sugar and cook it till the water evaporate from it .

2.Double boil the china grass (China grass always be done in double boil method).

3.In another pan add the milkmaid along with water cook it in the form of custard .To this add the melted china grass and cook it till it becomes little thick.

4.Then in a pudding plate first pour some custard milk and when it becomes set ,on the top of it place the layer of pineapple.Then above it pour the custard layer.Cool it in the fridge and cut it in to pieces.
