Paneer Stuffed Tandoori Paratha


Ingredients

1.Atta/Wheat flour - 1 cup
2.Maida - 1 cup
3.Curd - 2 tsp
4.Butter - 2 tsp
5.Paneer - 1 cup grated
6.Onion chopped - 2
7.Green chillies - 4 to 6 chopped
8.Salt
9.Garam Masala - 1 tsp
10.Oil - 2 tsp


Preparation

1.Mix the atta with maida ,1 tsp of curd,2 tsp of butter ,salt and knead it with some water.Make the dough like that of the Paratha.

2.For the preparation of filling heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and then add the chopped onions to it saute it well.Then add the chopped green chillies ,and minced paneer to it and mix it well .Add salt and garam masala to it.Saute it really well till all the ingredients cooked well.

3. Take a small ball from the dough and spread it like a small poori with hand and spread the filling inside it ,cover completely and roll into rotis fry the rotis in a frying pan till both sides become cooked.
