Two tier Pineapple Pudding


Ingredients

1.Pineapple juice - 3 cup
2.Sugar - 3/4 cup
3.Gelatin - 1 1/2 table spoon
4.Cold water - 1/4 cup
4.Whipped cream - 1 cup
5.Egg yellow - 3 no

Preparation


1.Mix the gelatin with cold water.

2.Beat the egg yolk with a spoon.

3. Mix the pineapple juice with sugar and the beaten egg yolk .After mixing it up then heat in a low flame with continous stirring.

4.When it become lightly thicken turn off the fire and add the soaked gelatin to it.And melt the gelatin in it.

5.Then in a greased pudding pan pour half of the pineapple mix and keep it in fridge to become set.

6.Then in the rest of the pineapple mixture add the whipped cream slowly.Mix it with a spoon slowly.Pour this on the top of the already set pineapple layer.Set this by keeping it in the fridge.
